Quick and easy granola bars to eat on my way out

Quick and easy granola bars to eat on my way out

About a couple of weeks ago I decided to cut out fast food completely. Eating Wendy's about 4 times a week was really draining my energy. I was also feeling very bloated.

I went to Shoprite and bought a couple of goodies to start transitioning into cleaner foods. I'm not necessarily trying to lose weight but I want to create healthier eating patterns.

Below are a couple of treats I picked up:

Rice cakes with some flavor

I hate regular raisins but I decided to try these craisins. I love them!

Slowly falling in love with Chobani Greek yogurt. Please try the "Strawberry Blended" one! It is so good and tastes great when you put it in a smoothie.

 Create your own Parfait:

  1. Pick up a scoop of the yogurt
  2. Then throw in some cut up fruit (like strawberries, bananas,  blueberries, etc.)
  3. Mix in some granola pieces
  4. Now you have your own parfait !
Frozen fruit!  (there's a berries one as well)

If you're around me enough, then you know I am always craving a smoothie from Dunkin Donuts. They taste amazing by the way.

Since I started buying frozen fruit, I started making my own smoothies.

Hopefully I'll be able to make another trip to Shoprite soon to try out a few other different snacks I didn't get to buy before.

These snacks have definitely satisfied my cravings for sweets and chocolates. If you guys have any snacks you think I should try let me know.
