Eggs All In One Basket

Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter! 🐣 Sunny skies on Easter Sunday called for a nice day out by the waterfront in Jersey City, NJ. My friend AJ and I caught some beautiful photos near a park overlooking the water. We wanted to share our take on simple Spring/Summer trends.

For my outfit of choice I wanted to highlight the Knee High Boot trend! I definitely love wearing these boots on a night out but they matched perfectly with this day look as well. I paired these nude boots with a light blue jean skirt and baby pink bodysuit. Anyone that knows me will tell you I live in bodysuits. I chose this baby pink look to show a pop of color against the skirt and also brighten up my Easter Sunday.

This entire look was purchased at Boohoo.com ! lol I told you guys this is my favorite online shop. I know shopping online can be a little intimidating but from my experience with Boohoo everything is pretty much true to size. I wear a 7 in women's shoes and clothes wise I choose sizes based off reviews. I like to wear a medium most of the time, which reads as U.S. 8 in most cases; however, for some items I like ordering a small/large depending on how I want to style my looks.

of course I couldn't walk in heels all day 😅 lol Shoutout to Target!

Oh! Almost forgot another important highlight to this look... my bouncy CURLS. Finger curling, also know as shingling, has helped create so much definition in my curls. Shoutout to my girl Gina (@as_told_by_g) for the tip on that one! I used my all time favorite curly hair products from Shea Moisture Coconut & Hibiscus (Curl & Style Milk and Curl Ehancing Smoothie) along with Deva Curl's Ultra Defining Gel. I am so in love with this Day 2 hair. I let it air dry to avoid any frizz. 😊 Let me know what you guy thinks!  Don't forget to LIKE, COMMENT and SUBSCRIBE!
